Short version: Defective or wrong-item orders: we fix it. Change-of-mind returns within 14 days if unworn with tags. Customer pays return shipping unless we made the mistake.
Eligible returns
Within 14 days of delivery if:
- Unworn, unwashed, original tags attached
- Size, color, or design does not match the order
- Damaged or print defect
Non-returnable
- Worn, washed, or altered
- After 14 days
- Digital downloads and free worksheets
- Final-sale pieces marked non-returnable
How to start a return
- Email support@thebrokenhaloco.com with order number, reason, and photos if damaged.
- Wait for return authorization.
- Ship back within 7 days of approval.
Refunds
Approved refunds to original payment within 5-10 business days after inspection. Shipping charges non-refundable unless our error.
Exchanges
Size exchanges = return + new order when inventory allows. Contact us first.
