Refund policy

Short version: Defective or wrong-item orders: we fix it. Change-of-mind returns accepted within 14 days if unworn with tags. Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Eligible returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if:
• The item is unworn, unwashed, and has original tags attached
• The size, color, or design received does not match the original order
• The item arrived damaged or with a print defect

Non-returnable
• Items worn, washed, or altered
• Items returned after 14 days
• Digital downloads and free worksheets
• Final-sale or limited pieces marked as non-returnable at purchase

How to start a return
1. Email support@thebrokenhaloco.com with your order number, reason, and photos if damaged.
2. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
Size exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order when inventory allows. Contact us first — launch inventory may be limited.

Broken But Breathing paperback orders placed through Amazon follow Amazon’s return policy, not this page.
