Short version: Printed after order. Ships in 3-7 business days. Tracking when it ships. First-drop apparel is print-on-demand (POD) - production starts after checkout.
Processing + ship window
First-drop apparel is printed after you order on premium blanks via our fulfillment partner. Plan on 3-7 business days for production + handoff to the carrier before tracking appears. Launch-week volume may add 1-2 extra days.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated domestic ranges:
- Standard (US contiguous): typically around .95-.99
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: higher flat rate when available at checkout
- Free shipping may be offered on qualifying launch orders - check checkout
International shipping is not available at launch. US addresses only for the first drop.
Delivery estimates (after shipment)
- West Coast: 2-4 business days
- Central / Mountain: 3-5 business days
- East Coast: 5-7 business days

Tracking
When your order ships, you get tracking by email. If none within 7 business days of ordering, contact us.
Lost or damaged packages
Contact us within 14 days of the carrier delivery date (or expected delivery for lost packages). Email a photo of any damage and your order number.
