Processing + ship window
First-drop apparel is printed after you order on premium blanks via our fulfillment partner. Plan on 3–7 business days for production + handoff to the carrier before tracking appears. Launch-week volume may add 1–2 extra days.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. No surprises — the rate shown at checkout is the rate you pay.
- Standard (US contiguous): calculated at checkout
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: calculated at checkout when available
- Free shipping may be offered on qualifying launch orders — check checkout
International shipping is not available at launch. US addresses only for the first drop.
Delivery estimates (after shipment)
- West Coast: 2–4 business days
- Central / Mountain: 3–5 business days
- East Coast: 5–7 business days

Tracking
When your order ships, you get tracking by email. If none within 7 business days of ordering, contact us.
Lost or damaged packages
Contact us within 14 days of the carrier delivery date (or expected delivery for lost packages). Email a photo of any damage and your order number.
