Products
First-drop apparel is print-on-demand. Designs, colors, and mockups are representative; minor variation in blank color, print placement, and garment dye is normal. We reserve the right to limit quantities and cancel orders that appear fraudulent or in error.

Orders & pricing
Prices are shown in USD and may change. You are responsible for providing a valid shipping address. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability of fulfillment. Taxes may apply at checkout based on your location.

Fulfillment
Production begins after payment. Typical print-to-ship window is 3–7 business days once fulfillment is live. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Intellectual property
All artwork, slogans, product designs, brand names, and site content are owned by Broken Halo Co. or used under license. You may not copy, resell blank designs, or reproduce artwork without written permission.

Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content for resale, or use our marks in a way that confuses customers.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Broken Halo Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
